Post the role once. Land where candidates already are.

A HireOnChain posting is not one listing on one site. It goes out to 41 partner boards, three public feeds, and the retrieval layer agents query when someone asks who is hiring Solidity engineers this week.

01 / Live

Every hop is logged.

Syndication is not a promise on a pricing page. Each placement, view and apply is written to a ledger you can read in the dashboard or pull over the API, with the partner that produced it attached.

Agent retrieval is the newest surface and the fastest growing. Candidates increasingly ask an assistant to find roles rather than browsing a board, and the assistant needs a machine readable source to answer from. HireOnChain exposes one.

    03 / Two ways in

Send us roles, or take ours.

Most companies only need the first. If you already own an audience, the second turns your site into a board without you hiring an ops team to keep it stocked.

    Track A

    Post to the board

You have roles to fill. We handle placement, normalization and the candidate side.

    1. 01Paste a job description or point us at your ATS. We parse title, stack, seniority, comp band and location.
    2. 02The posting goes live on hireonchain.io and syndicates to every partner board that matches its tags.
    3. 03Applies land in your ATS or a shared inbox, each tagged with the surface that produced it.
    4. 04Optional: attach a repo assessment so candidates see your codebase profile before they apply.

    Track B

    Power your own board

You have an audience. We keep your board full and pay you for what it produces.

    1. 01Request feed access. You get a publishable key scoped to the tags you choose.
    2. 02Drop in the embed, or call the REST endpoint and render it yourself. Your design, your domain.
    3. 03Every apply that starts on your board is attributed to your key.
    4. 04You keep 70% of the posting revenue your board produces, settled monthly in USDC or fiat.

    04 / Integration

One script tag, or one request.

The embed is for getting live in an afternoon. The REST endpoint is for teams that want the data in their own components. Both return the same normalized shape.

<!-- Renders a live, scoped board. Inherits your CSS. -->
    <div id="hoc-board"></div>
    <script
      src="https://cdn.hireonchain.io/embed.js"
      data-key="pk_live_8f2c...c41a"
      data-tags="solidity,rust,protocol"
      data-seniority="mid,senior,staff"
      data-limit="25"
      defer></script>

    Scoping
Keys are scoped by tag, chain, seniority and comp floor. A Solana infra board never receives a marketing role.
    Freshness
Feed reflects a change within 30 seconds of it happening. Closed roles return a tombstone rather than disappearing, so your cache can reconcile.
    Attribution
Every outbound apply link carries your key. Nothing to instrument on your side.
    Rate limits
600 requests per minute on the free partner tier. Webhooks have no limit.

    05 / Rates

Base plus usage, not tiers you grow out of.

You pay for postings that are live, not for seats or a plan name. Partners pay nothing and get paid.

    06 / Questions

    The things people ask first.

Do I need a wallet to post?

No. Card and invoice work the same as anywhere else. A wallet only matters if you want to pay or be paid in USDC.

    Are the candidates crypto only?

The board is weighted toward blockchain, crypto and AI, but roughly a third of postings are general engineering, design and go to market at those companies.

What counts as a partner board?

Any site with an audience that wants a jobs section: a protocol site, a DAO forum, a VC portfolio page, a newsletter archive. You do not need to be a jobs company.

Can I control which roles appear on my board?

Yes. Scope your key by tag, chain, seniority, comp floor and location, and set a deny list for specific companies.

What is the agent retrieval surface?

A machine readable endpoint that AI assistants query directly. When a candidate asks an assistant for open Rust roles, your posting is in the answer instead of buried in a page it never loads.

How do I get paid as a partner?

Monthly, on your attributed share, in USDC on Base or by bank transfer. The ledger backing the number is visible to you line by line.

Put the role in front of people, not in a queue.

First posting goes live in under ten minutes. Feed partners are usually approved the next business day.
